“We became one of the biggest clone guys that everybody knew in SoCal,” Tree says. “We always had the right cuts and what everybody wanted.”

While selling clones, Tree would often get requests for seeds, which he sourced from a friend of his at no cost. But soon, he wanted to expand his business, selling seeds that he had cultivated from other growers and breeders. and starting his own seedbank.
