Papaya Runtz is an indica-dominant hybrid strain known for producing a mental calmness. Bred and Selected by Compound Genetics only Available as regular seeds.

Gelato is a deliciously sweet and creamy blend of Thin Mint GSC and Sherbert. Runtz other parent, Zkittlez, is a hybrid that was supposedly created by crossing Grape Ape and Grapefruit.

In southern Humboldt County, CA, veteran cannabis grower Jason Gellman is the founder of Ridgeline Farms and in 2019 he took an Emerald Cup with his Runtz.

Gellman refers to the smell of this genetics as being “like no other strain I have ever grown” and describes its aroma as a syrupy berry cream with lots of fizzy notes.

Its color is purple and pink in summer, with shades that reach purple-black in autumn in outdoor crops.

The sedative effects of this hybrid lean more towards an indica, with a flavor similar to Gelato. In 2019, Ridgeline Farms won the 2019 Emerald Cup with Runtz, out of 700 entrants in 14 categories
